Data We Collect

• Order data: name, email address, and shipping address, collected via Stripe Checkout when you make a purchase.
• Payment data: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• Analytics data: anonymous usage statistics via Vercel Analytics, collected only with your consent.
• Marketing data: with your consent, the Meta Pixel collects your IP address, browser information, pages visited and shop interactions (products viewed, added to cart, checkout started, purchases and order value).

Purpose of Processing

• Order fulfilment and delivery
• Sending transactional emails (order confirmations)
• Anonymous, aggregated analytics to improve the website
• Measuring and optimising our advertising on Facebook and Instagram (only with your consent)

• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics

Meta Pixel

With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG), we use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. It lets us measure the effectiveness of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show relevant ads to visitors of our website. For the collection and transmission of this data, we and Meta are joint controllers under Art. 26 GDPR. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA; Meta is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Data Retention

Order data is retained for 10 years to comply with German commercial law (Handelsgesetzbuch, HGB §257). Analytics data is anonymous and retained only in aggregate.
